Chrisanna is a licensed mental health counselor and a registered, licensed dietitian. The disciplines she practices help clients to keep both a sound mind and body. Her treatments include cognitive behavioral, family of origin, solution focused and Post Induction Therapy as developed by Pia Mellody.

Many of her clients suffer from depression and/or anxiety; therefore, assessment for those conditions takes place in the first session. A number of her clients also suffer from some form of eating disorder such as binge eating, bulimia, or anorexia. Many of her clients may not know what is wrong; however they feel that their lives have become unmanageable and are seeking help. Many of these situations have a psychological basis from childhood trauma. With Post Induction Therapy the root of the depression, anxiety and or addiction can be addressed and relief can be experienced.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in General Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters in Counseling from Webster University. She is dual licensed in the state of Florida to practice nutrition and counseling. She is Registered with the American Dietetic Association and certified as a National Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
